Have fun with your dog, and improve your dog's behavior at the same time with our canine sports classes. Our program is focused on enrichment activities for family dogs, in a supportive, non-competitive environment. We offer the following programs on a rotating basis:
Beginning Backyard Agility: Introduction to agility skills and equipment that you can make and use in your own back yard.A safe and ideal way to further a teamwork relationship.
Freestyle Fun: Dancing with your dog. Great fun and a terrific way to sharpen your training skills.
Rally Obedience Roundup: Training with a twist. Take your dog around the course and do a new trick at every station. Praise and treats encouraged!
Make Your Dog a Star: Tricks, fun and games; teach your dog how to be a Hollywood star!
Field Training: For sporting breeds and all dogs that love to fetch! Private or semi-private coaching and group classes are available. All dogs must have good basic obedience, be comfortable around other dogs, be at least 6 months old and have permanent teeth.
Canine Good Citizen: CGC is a certification program that is designed to reward dogs that have good manners at home and in the community. Prerequisites: Step 2 or equivalent for Agility, Freestyle, Rally, Tricks and Field Training. CGC test is open to all dogs that meet the evaluation standards. Registration is required for all sports classes.
